Material Testing
Swift TG Solutions provides material testing to qualify the best options for a product by predicting and optimising a product’s performance. This will improve and accelerate the manufacturing process.
The testing is undertaken with a NADCAP compliant Instron 5985 250kN Test System complete with hydraulic grips and an integral environment chamber. It has the ability to mechanically test materials, including but not limited to, composites and metals between -80°C to +350°C.
We specialise in composite testing. The test methods available for this are ASTM D2344, ASTM D3039, ASTM D5379, ASTM D5656, ASTM D5766, ASTM D5868, ASTM D5961, ASTM D6484, ASTM D6641 and ASTM D7078.
