CFD Simulations for Oil & Gas
This CFD simulation was performed to analyse the flow of the liquid film on the wall of a bulk liquid from gas separation cyclone. This was carried out to confirm the performance of the installed swirl element and also the interaction of the liquid film and the anti rotation baffles located in the bottom of the cyclone.

This CFD simulation is of a Flare Drum located on a FPSO. The study was performed to analyse the interaction of the incoming gas stream with the sloshing liquid surface at a range of FPSO motion conditions. The potential of re-entrainment of liquid from the liquid surface was determined.

This simulation was performed to review the impact of the inlet piping distribution on the multiphase distribution within a vertical separation vessel. It can be clearly seen that with the current arrangement the liquid flow is biased to one side of the vessel.
